The Partnership creates and promotes the tools of partners that advance principal quality efforts in Chicago. As the work of The Partnership grows, existing tools will be enhanced and new tools will be added to the site.
Candidate Profile Portal
The Candidate Profile Portal assists hiring managers (i.e. Local School Council and Charter Board members) and aspiring principals in the matching process. Hiring managers can view and contact aspiring school leaders who are searching for open principal roles. Aspiring principals seeking district and/or charter principal positions can create a profile highlighting their skills and interests.
Chicago Principal Job Board
The Partnership created the Chicago Principal Job Board, which lists all available district and charter principal positions in Chicago. This page is used to help aspiring principals efficiently find available positions on one website. Hiring managers can use the page to attract additional candidates to their job descriptions, thus increasing the chances of finding the “best fit” candidates for their schools.
2016 Principal Engagement Survey
The Chicago Public Education Fund (The Fund), founding partner of The Partnership, will release the results of the 2016 Principal Engagement Survey. The data are a tool to inspire public conversation around ways to keep great principals in Chicago’s public schools. The data will be released exclusively on this site on November 14, 2016.
