Ryan Belville has been an educator in Chicago Public Schools for over a decade and an administrator at McAuliffe Elementary School since 2011.  He values collaboration and trust to support and empower students, teachers, staff, families, and community members.

Ryan serves as Treasurer on the Executive Board of the Chicago Principals and Administrators Association (CPAA).  He strives to better the conditions and well being of all Chicago administrators in order to provide educational excellence across all Chicago schools.

He is pursuing a doctorate in education at Illinois State University within the Department of Educational Administration and Foundations (EAF).  The interdisciplinary Ph.D. program curriculum is concentrated in Leadership, Equity, and Inquiry (LEI).
